SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, specifically to benches for testing technical state of brakes and suspension. Test bench comprises two supports movable in longitudinal direction, separate drive of movable supports, ball guides for movement of movable supports in longitudinal direction. Test bench also has a platform with ball guides one of movable supports, device to signal beginning of movement of movable supports, device for determination of force to braking pedal and automatic drive weight sensors, movement start and force on each support wheel rotation angular velocity sensors, sensors of vertical displacement, signals from which through amplifier and analogue-to-digital converter are supplied for treatment in a computer, roller supports for all-wheel of motor vehicles device for fixation of latter on bench, artificial irregularities pulse action for creation of forced oscillations of suspension, a measuring computer system for measuring amplitude-frequency characteristics of suspension.

EFFECT: wider field of use of test bench, braking parameters measurement, including in forced vibrations of suspension, removal of amplitude-frequency characteristics of suspension.
