FIELD: navigation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to satellite navigation systems, namely, to equipment of a ground system of controlling such systems. For this purpose the ground system of monitoring and controlling onboard equipment of inter-satellite measurements comprises a computer equipment incorporating a central computer system, a receiving-transmitting equipment control system, a navigation signals receiver computer system. Central computer system is connected with the control center of the satellite navigation system and is connected to a reference frequency generating device, which, in its turn, is connected to the central synchronizer. Control computer system of the receiving-transmitting equipment interacts with the central computer system and with at least one said set of the receiving-transmitting equipment. Computer system of the navigation signals receiver interacts with at least one set of equipment for receiving the navigation signal, with the central computer system, with the receiving-transmitting equipment control computer system. Computer equipment is connected to an Ethernet switch. Number of involved sets of the receiving-transmitting equipment for an inter-satellite radio line of the satellite navigation system is less than or is equal to the number of spacecraft of the satellite navigation system and is determined by the control computer system of the receiving-transmitting equipment.
EFFECT: technical result is higher quality of navigation systems control.
