It is produced with the working fluid in the form of a piston, which is movable in a pipe-cylinder, the scheme of the pitching pacifier is provided along with all necessary elements and connections between them, to ensure its performance.

EFFECT: invention improves the reliability of the pacifier in the operating and emergency conditions, mainly in terms of negative temperatures, the security personnel when it is used on the vessel and the compactness of its location on the deck while enabling its use as an automated transverse stability control system - transverse metacentric height of the vessel.
