SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. A band aid for transdermal or topical application containing a biologically active substance with a non-occlusive layer on the reverse side is described, which consists of textile material, a matrix formed by one or more polymer layers with at least one pharmaceutical active ingredient in one or more layers, wherein the base polymer forming the layer or layers structure are non-occlusive or only slightly occlusive, and at least one of the polymer layers contains the dispersed second polymer, immiscible or only slightly miscible with the base polymer with low water vapor permeability. The active ingredient is represented by diclofenac or one of its pharmaceutically acceptable salts or a topical analgesic. The band aid has a simple structure and can be easily obtained.
EFFECT: document describes a band aid with adjustable occlusion.
