SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the transdermal therapeutic system containing the biologically active substance used for the controlled administration of estradiol or its pharmaceutically acceptable derivatives individually or in combination with gestagens. The system consists of a backing and a layer-container with the biologically active substance and associated with the backing. The container is obtained using the contact glue containing colophony esters and the peeling off protective layer. The use of proposed glue both enhances stickiness of substances and makes an excellent biopharmaceutical properties - good compatibility with skin and capability to permeability, ensures to avoid recrystallization of biologically active substances.
