SUBSTANCE: method for fibrin investigation in a blood clot comprises application of a blood clot weighing 20-50 mg to a slide, and covering with a cover glass, placement of a 1-3 mm thick blood clot cross section on an ordinary glass and covering with a slide, after blood clot piece covering, a standard weight of 2 to 5 g is placed on top of it, and a standard weight of 200 to 300 g is placed on the blood clot sectio, and after 30-40 minutes, the sprawled clot is researched under the microscope, and the cross section is studied visually. Clot depletion due to thin fibrin strands and a broken fuzzy outline on the clot section indicate pathology.
EFFECT: improved accuracy of research.
