FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for recycling the condensate formed on the distillery by evaporation of supernatant (filtrate) of afterspirit bard and fodder yeast, which can be used in food, chemical, microbiological, animal feed and other industries. The method consists in condensation in membrane purification installations with a reverse osmosis membrane element with a selectivity NaCl 99.0-99.9% with recycling reverse osmosis permeate in alcohol production and utilisation of reverse osmosis retentate following methods individually or in their optimal combination: using in an amount of 5-25% as an additive in the combustion of gaseous fuel; by adding in an amount of 5-50% of the fuel oil and other liquid fuels, co-emulsification and dispersion, followed by burning water-fuel emulsions; oxidation to innocuous products in systems of supercritical water oxidation (SCWO); adding in an amount of 0.05-0.1% by volume vinasse its centrate or filtrate when growing feed yeast.

EFFECT: invention enables clean, draining, closed and self-sustaining manner neutralise condensate vacuum evaporators operated in step distilleries evaporation of supernatant or filtrate of afterspirit bard and fodder yeast grown on bard.
