FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method of processing post alcohol distillery dregs is claimed. Method includes separation of distillery dregs in decanter into disperse phase and liquid medium, drying disperse phase with further obtaining of fodder product and additional processing of liquid medium in sedicanter, on output of which paste-like fodder product and light filtrate are obtained. Light filtrate from sedicanter is supplied for additional processing in photobioreactor with micro alga Chlorella vulgaris BIN, where gain of micro alga biomass and obtaining ready fodder product in form of suspension of micro alga Chlorella vulgaris BIN are realised.

EFFECT: obtaining rich in biologically active components, protein and other macro- and micro elements fodder product, simplification of technological process of distillery dregs processing.
