FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises administering a mineral additive to distilled water and stirring, wherein the mineral additive is represented by seawater concentrate in an amount from 0.5 to 1.0 mg/l. Stirring is carried out for 10.0-15.0 min until complete dissolution of the mineral additive. The concentrate is obtained by separating sea water in a reverse osmosis plant at a pressure of 24.0 to 70.0 atm into permeate and concentrate, with the subsequent removal of permeate. The resulting concentrate is cleaned from mechanical admixtures and microorganisms by means of ultrafiltration in a separation unit on hollow fibes with the retention limit of 15.0 kDa. The cleaned concentrate is additionally sterilized in a ultraviolet sterilizer.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the content of mineral elements and salts in cleaned water, to improve the organoleptic characteristics of the finished product, and to shorten the production process.
