Abstract RU 2787394 C1

FIELD: purified artesian waters preparation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the preparation of purified artesian waters with salt composition conditioning, used as drinking water and table drink, and can be used in the purification of mineralized, natural waters before bottling water into bottles and other sealed containers. A method for preparing drinking water is proposed, which includes the extraction of artesian mineral water with a total mineralization of 1.0-2.0 g/dm3, with a content of cations: calcium 120-200 mg/dm3, magnesium 30-60 mg/dm3, sodium+potassium 100 -200 mg/dm3, anions: chlorides <100 mg/dm3, hydrocarbonates 350-550 mg/dm3, sulfates 300-550 mg/dm3 from the well, its aeration, then filtration on sand filters and fine filters, further softening and filtration by reverse osmosis to obtain purified water - permeate, after which blending is carried out in the form of mixing the permeate obtained at the outlet of the reverse osmosis system with the original artesian mineral water in a ratio of 6.7: 1, and at the blending stage mineral additives of selenium (Se) are dosed in the form concentrate with a content of Se 10-14 mg/l and zinc (Zn) in the form of a concentrate with a content of Zn 12-16 mg/l, which are pre-mixed in a dosing device and fed into the permeate stream, with the following ratio of initial components, vol.%: permeate 85-89.95; artesian mineral water 10-14.95; selenium (Se) in the form of a concentrate containing Se 10-14 mg/l 0.04-0.06; zinc (Zn) in the form of a concentrate with a Zn content of 12-16 mg/l 0.01-0.02. At the same time, the dosing accuracy of mineral additives in the form of selenium (Se) and zinc (Zn) concentrates is determined by the electrical conductivity and in accordance with the results of laboratory analysis, and the mixing of mineral additives in the form of selenium (Se) and zinc (Zn) concentrates in the dosing device is carried out using a dosing pump.

EFFECT: invention provides for the development of a method for producing drinking water balanced in terms of sodium, potassium, sulfate and bicarbonate ions, as well as selenium and zinc ions, with high taste qualities approaching the taste qualities of glacier melt water, a high degree of purity, increased lightness and odorless, and also expanding the range of drinking water produced by selecting the optimal combination of methods for processing natural waters of various compositions that need to be corrected.
