FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the biotechnology. Yeast is autolysed. Cell membranes are separated by centrifuging. Obtained liquid is cleaned by means of baromembrane filtration through a membrane filter with a nominal cut-off molecular weight of not more than 100 kDa. Obtained filtrate is filtered through a membrane filter with nominal cut-off weight of 5 or 3 kDa. Filtration processes are carried out at liquid flow rates above membrane of 2.6–3.5 m/s and at temperature not higher than 30 °C under conditions of protection against access of oxygen of air. Produced filtrate is subjected to sterile pouring into consumer containers.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a beverage with a pleasant taste and containing natural biologically active substances - amino acids, peptides, vitamins and mineral elements.
