FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing of decorative products of foamed polystyrene with paint coating is described, comprising blank pre-drying, applying of aqueous ink on a polystyrene blank surface by a flexographic method, and drying into termotunnele where grease and oil stains are pre-removed from a blank surface, a surface is cleaned, and incision and scratches are removed from it, and blanks edges are aligned to eliminate distortion, recesses and notches, and then a polystyrene blank is pre-cleaned from process dust and frieze, static electricity is removed using active neutralizers by a cleaning device arranged into a single unit with a vacuum pump, a blank is automatically fed for ultraviolet drying and corona treatment, visual quality control is carried out with uniform illuminance not less than 300 lx from the distance of 0.6-0.8 m, and the obtained product is moved into a drying oven for final drying of coating with hot air, then the product is additionally cured at temperature of (22±5)°C for not less than 3 h and conditioned for 24 h to obtain a possibility for the next coating durability test. Also a device for method implementation is described.
