FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: for using in the field of electrical engineering. The system and method for charging at least one target device (29) having a secondary coil (27) configured to be positioned in the battery receptacle (25) having a primary coil (23) connected to a source of electric power, wherein the secondary coil of the target device is not aligned precisely with the primary coil when the target device is placed in the receptacle. A plurality of control coils (22-22) is arranged around the primary coil. The control circuit (24) changes the phase pattern of the magnetic field of the control coils relative to the magnetic field phase of the primary coil in the chosen sequence as long as the maximum power transfer between a primary coil and a secondary coil is defined. Charging the target device continues during the phase pattern of the control coils with the maximum transmission power.
EFFECT: invention provides increasing efficiency of the inductive power transmission.
