FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: vaccine includes a viral FMD antigen, aluminium hydroxide, saponin, and chitosan succinate sodium salt additionally used as an adjuvant,at the following component ratio, wt %: 0.25-0.75 of saponin, 0.5-1.5 of chitosan succinate sodium salt, 15.0-25.0 of aluminium hydroxide in glycol buffer with of pH 7-8.6, and FMD viral antigen - the rest. The group of inventions relates to a method for production of a vaccine against foot and mouth disease.
EFFECT: application of this group of inventions allows to increase the target product immunogenicity during animal vaccination against the foot and mouth disease.
