SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the medicine, particularly, to the urology, and may be used for the treatment of the chronical non-gonococcal urethritis. After completion of a course of etiotropic treatment, an extracorporeal exposure by ultrasonic waves over the urethra is conducted. The exposure regime: 2,000 shockwaves per procedure with the total energy dose of 6,000 mJ each third day. 6-8 procedures per course.
EFFECT: method of improvement of tissue perfusions by means of improvement of microcirculations, reducing of adductor vessel spasms, and elimination of congestions; prevents relapses.
