When microcirculation index of 6.0 units is diagnosed urethritis, caused by opportunistic flora. When microcirculation index of 2.7 units-urethritis, caused by pathogenic microorganisms.

EFFECT: method provides simplifying of the differential diagnosis of urethritis by assessing the state of microcirculation in urethra depending on etiological agent provides early diagnosis of hemodynamic and microcirculatory disorders associated with pathological process in the urethra.
