FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: animal is stressed in two stages. At the first stage, experimental desynchronosis is induced by keeping the rats under artificial light or in complete darkness around the clock for 12 days. After that, the animals are forced to swim under natural light with a load attached to the tail, the weight of which is 10% of the animal body weight. A rectangular glass aquarium with dimensions of 100 cm × 100 cm × 20 cm is used. The aquarium is divided into sections, connecting at the bottom and is provided with two valves - above and below one of the side walls. The water temperature is 26-28ºC. The animals swim until complete exhaustion, the criterion which is three unsuccessful attempts to rise to the surface, or rejection of such attempts with sinking to the bottom.

EFFECT: method allows to create a model in which the animals reach the state of fitness and resistance to stress, and that reflects the problems of sports physiology, associated with body adaptive reserves violation due to transmeridianal flights and subsequent athletic training.
