An extract of water-soluble humic acids is used, extracted with a solution of sodium hydroxide from low-lying wood-and-grass peat, taken from depth of 50–100 cm from the eutrophic Tagan swamp of the Tomsk region, with number-average molecular weight 4,419.8 Da, weight-average molecular weight 17,638.4, polydispersity 4.0 and median 8,829.4 Da, as an agent increasing physical performance and endurance in experimental animals.

EFFECT: invention widens the range of water-soluble humic acids of peat, designed to improve performance and physical endurance.
