SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry, namely to a method for correction of daily biorhythm desynchronosis. Method for correction of daily biorhythm desynchronosis caused by increased physical and psychoemotional loads, includes application of biologically active food additive Grand Family "Rezox®" in dosage of 1 capsule 2 times a day, daily for not less than 15 days.

EFFECT: method described above is effective in correcting desynchronosis of daily human biorhythms, including sportsmen, in providing favorable dynamics of parameters of daily human biorhythms, homeostatic effect on indicators of functional state.
