SUBSTANCE: traffic light control unit, controlling a traffic light, when the instruction signal is entered from the main control section, performs display controlling in relation to the unit of the traffic light signaling, which is the control object, according to the sequence of displaying colours, specified by the serial display control data stored therein. The main control section outputs the instruction signal to each traffic light control unit in the output order specified by the control model corresponding to the time zone, which includes the current time and changes the output order in accordance with the given output order change condition.
EFFECT: flexible controling of traffic light signaling.
