FIELD: traffic regulation.

SUBSTANCE: technical solution relates to means of regulating transport traffic. Information providing system (1) receives information (62) of a railway crossing schedule, which is information of prediction time of a railway crossing warning, based on the exact time of each crossing, from central crossing control device (12) through crossing control system (10), receives information about signal change time, based on the exact time of each crossroad, from central traffic signal control device (32) of traffic signal control system (30). Then, information providing system (1) selects a railway crossing and a crossroad that satisfy the specified condition of the information provision range based on the location of a vehicle, generates traffic support information (3), including: information (5) about warning prediction time related to the selected railway crossing; and information (7) about the signal change prediction related to the selected crossroad, and transmits information to vehicle onboard device (40). The technical solution relates to means of regulating transport traffic.

EFFECT: increase in the transport traffic safety is achieved.
