FIELD: signal light control device.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a traffic light signal control device. Traffic signal control device comprises a tracking section which monitors whether an anomaly of light radiation of a predetermined color of light, a detection section, which determines when the tracking section detects the light radiation anomaly, whether the signal unit of the traffic light, in which the light radiation anomaly is detected, signal unit of traffic light, which meets predetermined blinking condition of target signal unit of traffic light. Section also determines the color of light recorded as an anomaly of light radiation, is a color of light which satisfies a predetermined condition of flashing of the target color based on the position of setting each of the signal units of the traffic light at the intersection. Device also comprises abnormality control section, which reaches first state of anomaly display with several signal units of traffic light, when tracking section records light radiation anomaly and determination result by determination section is positive, and reaches second state of display of anomaly with several signal units of traffic light, when tracking section registers anomaly of light radiation and determination result by determination section is negative.
EFFECT: timely determination of anomalies in traffic light.
