SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering and can be used to control time-outs. The system includes at least one computing device and time-outs management application, carrying out at least by one computing device, time-outs management application consists of: logic, that controls a plurality of delays for the time period, at that, each delay corresponds to one of a plurality of services in computing environment; logic, that calculates the amount of used service capacity of multiple services in a computing environment during this time interval, based on the plurality of delays, and logic, that assigns a time-out, associated with at least one of the plurality of services, at least partially, based on the computed amount of service capacity, being in use, in a computing environment.

EFFECT: invention provides a redistribution of services time-outs in order to adapt to the operating conditions.
