SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wake pattern management. Method for management of wake patterns, implemented by a computing device, method comprising steps of: monitoring network traffic received by a network interface device of computing device; recognising a traffic pattern in monitored network traffic; identifying an application of computing device that corresponds to recognised traffic pattern; and responsive to identifying, waking at least a portion of identified application.
EFFECT: technical result is efficient management of wake patterns.
