SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system and methods for provision of user authorization on an access resource. The authorization system contains a user device and an access resource, connected with a data transmission channel, the access resource is connected to an authentication system. The user device forms a request for user authorization on the access resource and receives a response from the authentication system. The access resource receives the user request for authorization and transmits to the authentication system, which contains data on available mobile channels of authorization for access resources, as well as user authorization data for each of available mobile channels. The authentication system provides authorization on the resource, using mobile channels on the mobile user device, wherein the authentication system checks available mobile channels for the user and prioritizes mobile channels for user authorization with subsequent sending of the request to the most priority mobile channel.
