FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to petrochemicals, in particular to the C3-C5 paraffin hydrocarbon dehydrogenation plants into the corresponding olefinic hydrocarbons that are used in order to prepare basic monomers for synthetic rubber, as well as during the production of polypropylene, methyl tert-butyl ether, etc. Catalyst and transport gas distributor in the reactor-regenerator system of C3-C5 paraffin hydrocarbon dehydrogenation with the fluidized bed with partitioning grids comprises the vertical conveyer tube 1, which is located along the axis of the reactor and/or regenerator, with the upward flow of the catalyst and transport gas mixture, this tube is connected to the coaxial with the pipe at its upper end with the expander 2, which is connected by means of the connecting pipes 10, 20 to the vertical downpipes 7, 24 with the downward flow of the catalyst and transport gas mixture, the lower ends of which are located in the upper part of the fluidized bed. In this case, the expander 2 consists of the cylindrical body 3 with the upper bottom 4 and with the lower bottom 5, and the connecting pipes 10, 20 are connected with the upper ends to the openings 8, 9, which are located in the cylindrical part of the body 3 and/or in the lower bottom 5, and the mixer in the form of the upper disc 11 surrounding the outlet of the tail pipe 7, 24 is attached to the lower end of each tail pipe 7, 24 and at the distance from it – the lower disc 12 is located.
EFFECT: proposed design of the distributor provides for, in comparison with the known design, the increase in the yields of olefinic hydrocarbons, the decrease in the air consumption for the catalyst regeneration, the reduction in catalyst entrainment, the exclusion of monolithic coke deposits onto the elements of the distributor design and erosion of internal devices of the reactor and regenerator.
