SUBSTANCE: in an apparatus for desalinating sea water, comprising a container initial water evaporation chamber, provided with a solar collector, a condenser in the form of a coil, a tank for desalted water, coupling and shut-off valve, the condenser is located in the untreated water container, which is a heat exchanger and is connected with the vaporization chamber through the check valve, the evaporation chamber is adapted to create negative pressure therein by means of a vacuum pump, at the bottom of the vaporization chamber inverse water-emulsion sprinklers are installed to create air-water emulsions, and in the upper portion of the vaporization chamber in the steam outlet area has a secondary emission plate. Device has two combined sensors of level/liquid salinity, pressure sensor and the first temperature sensor mounted in the evaporation chamber, a second temperature sensor installed at the outlet of the solar collector. All sensors, pumps and valves are connected to the controller. Inverse water-emulsion sprinklers to create a water-air emulsion comprise air intake pipe equipped with a valve, connected to tubes with mixing chambers, each mixing chamber is cylindrical with a circular slotted hole, and the outlet is provided with sequentially arranged confuser and diffuser. In the lower part of the mixing chamber ultrasonic transducer is mounted, by which the cavity is filled with an elastic material, and the mixing chamber before the inlet opening in the tube is mounted with a nozzle pipe for water supply.
EFFECT: increased productivity of desalination plant, increasing resiliency installation, optimisation of modes of operation of the plant under different climatic conditions, with the full automation of the desalination process.
