FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: controlled power switch, a transformer with primary and secondary windings, a rectifier for secondary winding current and an output filter, an output circuit of a power transistor and primary winding of the transformer form the first series circuit which is cut in between the first and second power buses, and the secondary winding is connected to the output filter through the winding rectifier, herein it additionaly comprises a capacitor, inductor, the first and the second diodes, the choke coil and the first diode constitute the second series circuit, the first output of which is connected to the first power bus and the second output is connected to the second power bus via the second diode, wherein the second and the first diodes connected in series have an aiding connection, the first output of the capacitor is connected to the second output of the second series circuit, and the second output is directly coupled with the common point of the power transistor output circuit and the transformer primary winding.
EFFECT: reduction of switching power losses in the transistor when it is locked, due to reducing the initial voltage surge in the power transistor when it is locked, and creating conditions for smooth build-up of this voltage, which increases the reliability of the power semiconductor switch.
