QUASIRESONANT VOLTAGE CONVERTER WITH IMPROVED ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC H02M3/155

Abstract RU 2727622 C1

FIELD: conversion equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to conversion equipment and can be used in self-contained power supply systems, in particular, in secondary power supply sources. Disclosed power supply comprises a quasi-resonance single-cycle forward-path voltage converter with switching at zero current and half-wave resonance cycle, containing primary single-cycle inverter built according to "oblique bridge" scheme, inverter control circuit, pulse transformer, resonant circuit, half-wave rectifier, output inductance-capacitance filter. Distinctive feature of the source is that inductance element with non-linear dependence of inductance from flowing current is connected in series with primary winding of pulse powerful transformer. When switching the primary inverter switches, the inductance of the resonant circuit, including the inductance of the additional element, will be maximum, which will limit the rate of current rise through the switches when unlocking and will allow to reduce speed of voltage increase on keys due to selection of parameters of control circuits. It will also allow to increase impedance of parasitic resonance circuit formed by total inductance of introduced resonant circuit and barrier capacitance of rectifier diode, at moment of locking, when current reaches zero value, which will reduce Q-factor of parasitic circuit, and, consequently, to reduction of parasitic oscillations level.

EFFECT: technical result of disclosed invention consists in reduction of electromagnetic interference generated by converter.
