FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power conversion equipment and is intended for conversion and control of energy consumed from DC source, and transmission of energy conversion of its receiver using transformer coupling between circuits of power source and receiver. Technical result is achieved due to introduction of additional elements into the circuit and their connection, which makes it possible to transfer additional losses arising from the flow of the half-wave of current of the oscillating process from the main power transistor to an additional power transistor. Device is a single-cycle voltage converter. It comprises: main power controlled key (main power transistor), transformer with primary and secondary windings, secondary winding rectifier; output filter, throttle, first and second diodes, and capacitor. Proposed technical solutions enable to reduce the energy of switching losses in the main power transistor during its locking.
EFFECT: technical result of invention is higher energy efficiency and reliability of device.
