FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: device (1) for the temperature control and distribution of consumption of the heating element (100) comprises a box body (2) adapted to be mounted to the heating element (100), in particular to the radiator, thermostatic means (10), means (20 ) distribution to calculate the amount of heat which is highlighted, or thermal energy, which is consumed with a heating element over time; the first section (3) inside the box body (2) is selectively accessible from the outside when assembled and/or installed device; a first battery (4) disposed in the first section; a second section (5) within the box body (2) which is inaccessible from outside the device when assembled; a second battery (6) arranged in the second section (5). In the first mode of operation, in which the first battery is charged, the battery provides power to the first, at least, thermostatic means, and in the second mode of operation in which the first battery is depleted, a second battery provides power distribution equipment.

EFFECT: ability to perform continuous distribution function.
