SUBSTANCE: in the thermal stabilization system of the radiation detector, the converting element is placed in a housing made of a heat-conducting material, for example, metal, the temperature control device is made in the form of thermoelectric modules uniformly installed on the outer surface of the housing, each module comprises a heat-conducting element fixed on the housing wall, and a cooling device, between which a Peltier element is placed, ensuring contact with each of them, temperature sensors are placed outside and inside the housing, and the control unit is an automated control system electrically connected to thermoelectric modules.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and stability of the system.
