SUBSTANCE: invention relates to load on vehicle attachment means, in particular, is intended for belt fixing and tensioning. Belt ratchet device (101) comprises housing (105) containing side element (109), and coil (119), having lateral side (119a), supported by side element with possibility of rotation, and rigidly fixed to it ratchet wheel (121). Housing has movable element (161), which can displace between open position, in which coil other lateral side (119b) is open to provide possibility of belt loading into coil (119) in lateral direction from coil open side and its unloading from coil in lateral direction, and closed position, in which possibility of said loading and unloading in lateral direction is excluded. Ratchet device is used for cargo fastening at vehicle or platform.
EFFECT: invention facilitates belt installation onto coil.
