SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for preparing dry granular mixtures, including with a high density ratio of particles of the mixed components, as well as with low concentration of separate components. The granular material mixer can be used in construction, production of powder paints, in agriculture and in various sectors in the chemical industry. The granular material mixer comprises a horizontal container, made in form of interconnected torus-shaped elastic chambers, connected with a device for radial deformation thereof. In the sides of the chambers there are L-shaped recesses and side elements are turned up and fixed at acute angles to the axis of the chamber. The chambers are connected with pipes for loading the mixed components and unloading the mixture, and are placed inside a cylindrical housing mounted on rollers, coupled with a rotary drive.

EFFECT: invention improves efficiency of the mixing process when processing granular materials, different on physical and mechanical properties of particles and mixtures with low concentration of components, providing the best operating conditions of the mixer in terms of power consumption.
