FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: injector low-pressure burner comprises a nozzle with firing holes in the form of distribution pipes held together, consisting of a confusor, a throat, a diffuser, sequentially interconnected on the side of gas mixture input, and a collector with a number of firing holes, made in the form of a truncated cone. The burner is additionally provided with a U-tube, connected to the diffuser formed in the form of a truncated cone on the one side, and to the collector on the other side, which inner surface is provided with a contraction located on the side of collector output at a distance of one third of the collector length, and the contraction width is 2-2.5 times smaller than the collector output width, wherein the collector comprises from 1 to 5 rows of equally spaced firing holes with diameter from 2 to 3 mm. The firing holes of the collector can be staggered parallel to its axis, wherein each row of the firing holes is turned at 45° angle relative to the other row.

EFFECT: increased uniformity of the thermal load along the furnace length, increased efficiency and quality of low-pressure natural gas combustion, increased performance index of the heat generating unit, improved mixture formation process, increased reliability of gas-burning device operation, ease of burner installation, design flexibility, possibility of developing a wide typical size range.
