FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a frame, two cranks pivotally connected to the rod. Rod joint axes are arranged at a right angle equal to the angle between the crank shaft axes. The crank joint axes are crossed at an angle α the sine of which is the ratio of the cranks length to the rod length. On the shaft of the leading crank, two half-disks are fixed, the mass moment of inertia of which is several times higher than the mass moment of inertia of the driven crank. The drum is attached to the crank with two lever brackets movable along the rod and secured providing finding the center of gravity in the rod cap.
EFFECT: variable angular speed of the driving crank is aligned, increasing the intensity of the parts barreling and the device service life.
