SUBSTANCE: device for collecting and pumping oil from a subterranean horizon includes a cylindrical chamber made in the form of a float 1 with two submersible pump pressure line 3 and the actuator 4, and a hollow mounting bar 5, which is located inside the discharge pipe 3. The float 1 is made of hydrophobised material hollow, oil impermeable. The cylindrical chamber is combined with a float 1. Float 1 has a receiving pocket 6 for the collection of oil, coupled with the suction of pump 2 nozzle 7. Pump 2 is a pneumatic diaphragm. The receiving pocket 6 may be connected with the suction pipe 7 of the pump 2 through a vertical nozzle and a flexible tube 8, 9. Flexible tubing 9 may have a spiral shape and can be wound on a mounting post 5. 4 drive pump 2 can be positioned within a mounting bar 5. Submersible pump 2 is connected to the pressure line 3 via the discharge nozzle 10.
