SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Method of preplanting cultivation of seeds includes seeds soaking in solutions of biologically active preparations. Water extracts of plants are used as biologically active preparations, namely, Ledum rhizomes in the fourth-fifth decimal homeopathic dilutions in concentration of 10^-2–10^-4 % on weight ratio of vegetal raw materials, or red bilberry in seventh-ninth decimal homeopathic dilutions in concentration of 10^-5–10^-7 % on weight ratio of vegetal raw materials, or bearberry in the eighth-tenth decimal homeopathic dilutions in concentration of 10^-6–10^-8 % on weight ratio of vegetal raw materials, or black crowberry in seventh-ninth decimal homeopathic dilutions in concentration of 10^-5–10^-7 % on weight ratio of vegetal raw materials, or alder shrubby in ninth-eleventh decimal homeopathic dilutions in concentration of 10^-7–10^-8 % on weight ratio of vegetal raw materials, at that, the solutions of biologically active substances for seeds cultivation are obtained by sequential decimal dilutions and dynamic optimization.

EFFECT: invention provides to increase stability of crops to impact of ultraviolet radiation and to improve sowing quality of seeds.
