SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, namely to equipment for washing agricultural raw materials for food production. The installation contains a loading and unloading trays, a liquid bath and a drive drum installed in it. The drum is made in the form of a polyhedral perforated prism installed at an acute angle a relative to the horizontal axis of rotation with flat perforated faces along its perimeter and with flat end perforated cheeks of polygonal shape. The longest axes of the end perforated cheeks of a polygonal shape coincide with each other or are rotated along the axis of rotation of the perforated prism relative to each other by an angle Q. Cylindrical springs with a circular cross-section of turns are rigidly fixed to the inner surface of the loading and unloading pins.
EFFECT: invention expands the technological capabilities of the installation, increases the productivity and quality of washing.
