Encodes the indices into electromagnetic signals (CEMS). Compute the integral indicators of the culture of each of the countries, on the basis of which the indicator of the similarity of cultures of the countries being compared is calculated. Compare the latter with the threshold values and make a decision about the composition of the MCPF.

EFFECT: increase the speed and accuracy of structuring multicultural training groups by translating the values of the studied cultural parameters into coded digital electromagnetic signals, and then implementing the sequence of actions in an automated mode.
