FIELD: radio engineering, in particular, automation, digital processing equipment. SUBSTANCE: method involves additional detection of information pulse sequences at outputs of redundant devices in order to monitor condition of each device by means of calculation of truncation parameters, comparison of said parameters to one another as well to threshold and reference values. This results in possibility to detect not only failures, but also intermittent errors in operations of such devices. Redundant system with delay has first and second redundant devices, first and second shift registers, first and second electronic gates, OR gate. Goal of invention is achieved by introduced third electronic gate, generator, analysis unit, memory unit, parameter detection unit, unit for detection of failures, unit for detection of intermittent errors, comparison unit, control unit, indication unit. EFFECT: increased probability of precise detection of condition of redundant devices due to possibility to detect failures and multiple intermittent errors. 12 cl, 10 dwg
