SUBSTANCE: method for performing docking service using Wi-Fi, via the wireless docked device (WD), includes transmitting the test request including docking information element (IE) 1 to a wireless docking center (WDC) in order to detect the docking service; receiving the test response includes docking IE 2 from the wireless center (WDC), which received the test request; and performing the docking with the wireless docking center (WDC), based on the received test response, the docking IE 1 including at least one device name parameters indicating the device name, the device ID parameter for identifying the device or the docking information request parameter indicating the command of the docking service detection.

EFFECT: providing the ease of various peripheral devices use due to the absence of the physical connection between a user's personal portable device and peripherals.
