FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a process for producing a granular epoxidation catalyst ruggedized olefins, comprising mixing a powdery titanium silicalite with the binder component which is used as basic salt oxalate of aluminium in an amount of from 5 to 25 wt % based on the dry zeolite, shaping, drying and calcining granules. Before calcining the granules are dried to a moisture content of not more than 35%.
EFFECT: increasing the mechanical strength and the catalytic activity of titanium silicalite granular in epoxidation reactions of olefins.
