FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing powdered porous crystalline metal silicates. The method for producing powdered porous crystalline titanium silicalite-1 zeolite includes the steps of: a) hydrothermal synthesis in an aqueous mixture containing (A) amorphous silicon dioxide, (B) an aqueous solution of titanium tetrapropylammonium hydroxide and (C) an aqueous solution of tetrapropylammonium hydroxide, while obtaining an aqueous a suspension containing a porous crystalline metal silicate as a reaction product, and b) calcining the reaction product, wherein the calcination is carried out using flame spray pyrolysis at an adiabatic combustion temperature in the range of 450-2200°C. Next, a suspension containing ≤70 wt.% solids obtained in step a) is sprayed into a flame generated by burning fuel in the presence of oxygen, whereby a porous crystalline titanium silicalite-1 powder is obtained.
EFFECT: development of a method for obtaining powdered porous crystalline metal silicates, which includes a smaller number of technological stages compared to the standard process and solves the problem of industrial waste disposal.
