METHOD FOR REDUCING WATERING OF OIL EXTRACTING WELLS Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC E21B33/138 C09K8/506

Abstract RU 2618543 C1

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: aqueous solution of the formation reservoir properties modifier Componex-21 containing alkali metal chloride salts, scaling inhibitors, surfactants and a hydrophobizer, is pumped into the well annulus at the amount from 2.0 m3 to 15.0 m3 per 1 metre of the well perforation, but not less than 80% of the well annulus volume. The pumping pressure at the bottomhole is measured. It is held for 10 to 12 hours. The aqueous solution of the formation reservoir properties modifier is overflushed in batches with water into the formation with the holding between the overflushes from 10 to 12 hours and the measurement of the bottomhole pressure at the beginning and end of each overflush. After reaching the pressure at the bottomhole, exceeding the pumping pressure by not less than 1.0 MPa but not exceeding the pressure of the production string, the formation reservoir properties modifier remaining in the annulus is finally overflushed in the formation.

EFFECT: increasing the oil recovery of formations, increasing the zone of formation coverage by watering.
