FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: method provides for taking samples from the surfaces of the space station by sterilized and hermetically insulated on the Earth sampling apparatus. After sampling the last sample is hermetically insulated in vacuum and returned to the Earth. Samples are taken at a given geocentric orbit in a station orientation space mode from the surfaces facing the Earth and the zenith, located against the oncoming flow and along the flow, from the surface areas of the station with a variety of materials, texture and aperture. In this case the apogee and perigean areas of the orbit are used during periods of equinox and solstice.
EFFECT: achieving complete and increased reliability of the achieved data about space microorganisms.
