SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to space engineering, particularly to devices for non-destructive testing of technical condition of structural elements. System for monitoring the state of the outer surface of the hermetically enclosed shell of a space object under screen-vacuum heat insulation comprises a sampling device and is equipped with at least two sight windows. Windows are cut in screen-vacuum heat insulation of space object and are equipped with valves. Valves comprise rigid frame and fringe along perimeter. One side of each valve is attached to outer surface of screen-vacuum heat insulation of space object. Astronauts unfasten Velcro fastener, open said valve and take samples.
