FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: before the assembly of the threaded joint on the working part of the bolt work, longitudinal grooves are made, into which the inserts made of titanium nickelide are pressed. If the ambient temperature at the surface of the resulting preform bolt with pressed threaded inserts. Then, the threaded connection with liquid nitrogen vapor is cooled to the martensitic transformation temperature of titanium nickelide, for example from -80°C to -120°C, and at this temperature, the threaded joint is assembled. At a temperature below minus 80°C° in the alloy of titanium nickelide possessing shape memory effect, a thermoelastic martensitic transition occurs, which leads to superplasticity of the inserts. They lose the necessary elastic characteristics. When the temperature rises to ambient temperature, the threads on the inserts "remember" its shape and take on part of the axial load, reducing the burden on the most loaded coils and distributing it to the other coils.
EFFECT: reliability, durability and durability of the threaded connection is increased.
