FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: access to the tooth root canal is provided. The length of the root canal is measured. Standard mechanical processing of the root canal is done. Then, pharmacological treatment of the root canal system is carried out using 17% solution of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) - at least 5 ml per one root canal and 3% solution of sodium hypochlorite (NaCIO) - at least 15 ml per one root canal with rinsing with distilled water after each said solution - at least 30 ml per one root canal. Further sampling is carried out from the root canal in the apical region via the K-file, the size of which should jam in the apical region of the root canal. K-file is placed in test tube №1 with a sterile transport medium.
EFFECT: method allows identification of flora in the apical region of the root canal to control the root canal system pre-sealing sanitation quality and provide a differentiated approach to the treatment of various forms of complicated caries.
