SUBSTANCE: method for producing a finely dispersed charge of silver-copper oxide (II) including the chemical precipitation of silver and copper carbonates from a solution containing silver and copper nitrates, filtration, washing, drying, and thermal decomposition of the precipitate, in which a nitrate solution, in which the ratio of silver and copper oxide in the charge is 90 and 10 wt %, respectively, prior to the precipitation of the carbonates, a surfactant, technical gelatin is added, which is introduced as 1% solution in the volume ratio of 1 to 100, the precipitation is carried out until a pH of 9-10 is reached, dried at 150°C for 20-24 hours, and the thermal decomposition is carried out in air at the temperature of 520-550°C for 1 hour.
EFFECT: uniform charge is obtained with a uniform distribution of silver and copper oxide and high extraction levels of copper and silver in the final product.
